- Hands on exercises on 3 role tracks, that are fundamental in Agile formats: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, that will enable participants to learn about:
- epic, features and story writing,
- team collaboration,
- plan and execute sprints & other Agile ceremonies
- and a whole lot more.
General breakdown of the session (incl. breaks):
- 45min theory and presentation
- 50 min breakout in small group with a Case study exercise
- 25 min debrief and closure
