what we do
HERA Labs: Our creative labs are designed to meet women where they are – offering fresh, flexible, and empowering approaches to education. These spaces encourage exploration, collaboration, and personal growth, helping women rediscover their strengths and reimagine their careers.
Policy Innovation: 10 partner organizations across 8 countries working hand-in hand with educators, employers, and policymakers to shape a more inclusive and responsive labor market. Together we focus on preparing women for the digital and green transitions – equipping them with the tools to success in a rapidly changing world. From tech literacy to sustainability know-how, HERA helps women stay ahead of the curve.
HERA Digital Portal: The AI-powered online platform is created especially for women aged 45 and above. By offering personalized and empowering learning experience, women will be able to discover their strengths with tailored skills assessment, explore relevant education programs aligned with their goals, track their progress and celebrate milestones along their learning journey, and connect with others in empowering virtual communities for support and inspiration.
