Internship Details: As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational structure and operational model of our philanthropic venture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth research to identify best practices and models for philanthropic organizations supporting women in tech
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define the mission, vision, and values of the philanthropic venture
- Developing a comprehensive organizational structure, including governance, staffing, and operational processes
- Creating documentation, such as organizational charts, policies, and procedures, to guide the implementation and management of the venture
- Support in writing the applications for European grants

Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative organizational structures
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for driving positive change and advancing opportunities for women in the tech industry
- Knowledge of organizational development principles and experience in designing frameworks for nonprofit or philanthropic organizations is desired but not mandatory
